"Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights, in Pittsburgh, for a family members wedding. We booked a Studio Suite. When we got there the Front Desk Agent let us know that our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. We had a great room with a great city view. We even had our own private outdoor sitting area. The Front Desk Agent was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. "Great hotel. Always reliably 5 stars. Rooms are very quiet with great bathrooms with separate tub and shower. Great location with a Starbucks downstairs. The only limitation is one restaurant but good restaurants are close by including Mortons. "
