"We had an overall great stay- nice hotel with a nice breakfast, large rooms, and free EASY parking (that's a big deal in Pittsburgh). However, one of the breakfast attendants was incredibly rude. She made a snide comment to me and then proceeded to go in the back room, with the door open (!), and talk about me more! Great stay
"Our overall stay was great. Parking is really expensive though The hotel was centrally located in the city so we could walk to the concert venue and around the city during the day. I loved that guest rooms floors are only accessible by way of key card in the elevator. Staff was amazing. Especially the staff inside the breakfast area each morning.. ill add, ive stayed at several Embassy hotels and have never had such a scarce happy hour. Only cherse, crackers and salsa?"
