"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Pool table and shuffleboard were a hit with the kids. Pool was small and breakfast foods were just okay, but with its great location and staff these were not deal breaker. We would still stay here again. "

"When I booked on Expedia, the property listed that breakfast was included, but when I arrived I was told it was not. I was also told that there was a $50 deposit per night and my credit card was to be charged that deposit, which would be refunded in full if I didn't charge anything (that's no way to welcome a Hilton Honors AX member)."

"Our overall stay was great. Parking is really expensive though The hotel was centrally located in the city so we could walk to the concert venue and around the city during the day. I loved that guest rooms floors are only accessible by way of key card in the elevator. Staff was amazing. Especially the staff inside the breakfast area each morning.. ill add, ive stayed at several Embassy hotels and have never had such a scarce happy hour. Only cherse, crackers and salsa?"
