Terrible experience. I rented 2 rooms, for my wedding party to get ready in for my downtown wedding. We got our keys mixed up and couldn’t get into our rooms at the end of the night. We had our wedding party sitting outside of our rooms waiting to get in to gather their things to leave at the end of the night and were followed my security through out the building like we were doing something wrong. We were told “you can’t have people hangout outside of your room”, meanwhile they were just waiting to be able to get into the room to gather their things. The overnight front desk guy was very rude and was making a big fuss about giving us new keys when none of our keys would work at this point. Also Expedia and the Etage website did not mention there would be a daily parking fee which I was also dissatisfied with. I also split the payment up into 2 on Expedia and the first payment did come out of my account but then at check in I was told I had paid nothing yet. So it’s up to the hotel to accept the payment from Expedia which they didn’t for either room. I didn’t realize the money from the first payment had gone back into my account. So don’t split your payments up because they won’t put it through. If your looking for a longer stay I would say this would be a good place because I feel like it’s more people who reside here full time verse short term stays.
