"Check in was quick and easy. All questions answered from receptionist. Stay was for two nights. Got lost to our room, maintenance worker who helped us was very friendly. Parking availability is SMALL. Dont try to leave after 3 pm or you will not find parking again. Front desk staff sent my son a birthday card and birthday cake! Made my son feel special. Appreciated the gesture, front desk team went above and beyond for our stay. Room was clean. Mini fridge in room didnt work good. Took hoursss for it to cool. No service at pool locations. Had to hunt a worker down for ordering drinks. No towel service attendant. Towels were almost always gone. The water slide attendant was great! I believe Jesse was his name. Overall stay was good. Would go back again. "

"Hospitality at 110% is an understatement! From the welcome at the front desk, the guided tour of amenities on the way to our room and the handwritten note of thanks made us feel like we were visiting friends. The hotel itself was perfectly located within downtown Palm Springs to walk to restaurants and shops easily. We will definitely be back with friends and family!"

"I bought some cocktails and the bartender was very nice! My last day I was sunning by the pool and had a conversation with the Maintenance Supervisor Eddie. This man was so friendly and welcoming!! I would go back just to see him again!"
