The hotel is a bit outdated but the room we stayed on was great, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were nice and polite. There was no dining onsite, but there were restaurants and grocery close by. Still a great option for a comfortable stay on budget in downtown Palm Springs!

We just wanted a place for the night in Palm Springs as a quick stopover. This hotel was what we needed. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. We didn’t use the pool… but looked like a great area. Very spacious. The main thing was the location. Perfect for walking into the main drag of Palm Springs.

Refrigerator in the room.

Walkable to almost everything in Palm Springs, California. I was placed in a room without a refrigerator, so I wanted a refrigerator and they brought me one. That was very nice of them.

Superb location, friendly service, worn rooms.

Given Palm Springs prices, this hotel gives you a great location in the heart of downtown for an unbeatable price ...but you do get what you pay for in terms of the wear of the rooms and bathrooms. Paint is peeling in some spots, furniture is bruised and stained. However, bed was comfortable & clean & service was very friendly (both housekeeping and front desk). Would definitely recommend for those on a budget who's rather sacrifice quality for location. Also quiet, I slept very well every night.

This property was really great. It was so close to the main strip downtown, but was much quieter and way more affordable. The property is clean and you can tell staff work really hard to keep it looking nice. We did the cactus to clouds hike so were able to walk the 10 minutes to the art museum to get started. I also had a dead truck battery the morning we went to leave. One of the staff was so friendly and helpful and jumped off the car. Really appreciate it!
