"More like YUCK Hotel. Many of the features described were not represented. We had a hard time sleeping with the people living across the street blasting music, no wifi, and pretty much no amenities (hair dryer, cups, soap) or communication. We still have not heard back from the Apek Rentals regarding wifi or refund. We agree with the other reviews and guests staying when we did. The whole experience was creepy and weird. "

The location is perfect—close to 2 great golf courses and a short drive or bike ride into downtown Palm Springs. The outdoor amenities are picture perfect. Our Host is amazing. "The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again."

"Excellent service from start to finish. Staff was extremely welcoming, personable, helpful & informative. They show you around the beautiful hotel, to your room and give you tips about local tourism. The amenities are plentiful, just to name a few..You are welcomed with robes to wear during your stay(to the pool/spa,) a candy bar with yummy candy and ice cold water always available. Definitely will keep this place for future stays!"
