"I stay at Marriott Residence Inn wherever I travel for the kitchen and dog access. This particular place was above the bar in cleanliness. We stayed on the sixth floor with a nice view. Complimentary breakfast was better than other locations. I will definitely use this hotel again."

The owner never sent instructions on accessing the property, nor did they respond to customer service requests to obtain the info. Yes hurricane Nicole was blowing through Orlando, but the owner never responded nor sent any information when I requested it 4 days prior to the booking date. I should have known something was fishy when they never responded to my specific questions...

"Location was perfect. Right by Lake Eola in downtown Orlando and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Host was friendly and made sure to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area."
