"We were hoping for a quieter location, all the building faced community use pools which were loud all day until 11pm. The room had a working Jacuzzi that we enjoyed. The coffee maker had no supplies like filter or sweetener/ creamer, so it was pretty useless. The mini fridge/freezer barely worked. It took 2 days for waters to chill and the ice tray never froze. Besides those 3 points; we really enjoyed the room and resort. It had a lot of built in shops and restaurants which were convenient. We took advantage of the spa for a couples massage. The grounds were kept very clean. "

"The hotel bar and restaurant is open late and they have 24 hr room service which is extremely convenient for travelers. Our room was very comfortable and clean. My only negative is that our room had a lingering cigarette smell. "
