"Check in and out were a breeze. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Valet parking was easy. Room (king bed, sofa bed, kitchenette) was great. It was clean and just what we needed. Hotel location was perfect. The only issue and the hotel had no control over this was, but the street noise and traffic was very LOUD. We were there the weekend of Memorial Day and Taste of Cincinnati so that may had been the issue, but if definitely made it hard to sleep at night. "
