I think for the price I paid, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in NYC. Great transportation links as well. Recommend for your first time in the city. "

I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay. However, there is a secured parking lot a few blocks away, and the gentlemen that worked there were tremendous!! Very customer service-oriented and provide a safe parking environment. The hotel was great, with security on-site, and it is in a good neighborhood - felt very safe at night walkng...
