"I am a stickler for bathroom cleanliness and when I noticed the tub and shower floor not cleaned to excellence I was disappointed. The property itself was beautiful however and had good ameneties. The check in process was somewhat unclear and confusing with the hotel across from the cottages. There was a lack of signage to make it clear which place to check in. "We’re a group of 7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8 yrs old. We stayed there for 2 nights with no intention of exploring other places. So we were just there to cozy up for Christmas with the family. Pros. They set us up for 3 rooms but requested to have the 4th room opened and they accommodated us. There are 4 bedrooms with 3 beds and a sofa bed each. Very spacious and clean. "Very stunning view of Mount Fuji. Feels like you are at the base of the mountain looking up . Food was very delicious for the breakfast and dinner and Onsen was very private . Perfect for couples or families who enjoy a private getaway . Area is secluded so its away from the noise and crowd. 11/10"
