"We’re a group of 7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8 yrs old. We stayed there for 2 nights with no intention of exploring other places. So we were just there to cozy up for Christmas with the family. Pros. They set us up for 3 rooms but requested to have the 4th room opened and they accommodated us. There are 4 bedrooms with 3 beds and a sofa bed each. Very spacious and clean. "This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

You are greeted by a can of pesticide, must walk up a staircase that is clearly a hazard, suffer a bath that doesn't work, and a refrigerator full of used condiments. Don't worry, you will receive snarky emails from the owner telling you just how many towels you're allowed to use while you're there. "Our stay here was fantastic! The rooms were great and spacious and the onsen was fantastic as well! We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the food we had was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we feel very welcomed here. If we were to come back to the Mt Fuji area we will definitely choose this accomdation!"

Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. "
