"Very happy"

"The location is excellent. Direct access to the Skytrain is great. Unfortunately, for an upscale hotel we were disappointed in the room. We had a suite in the East tower. Everything squeaked or leaked! The King size bed squeaked every time you moved an inch. The Box spring needs to be replaced. All the doors squeaked horribly (bathroom and bedroom doors). You could not help but wake up your partner if you closed/opened the door. The sofa in the living room squeaked and had zero support. Needs to be replaced. The bathroom is big and very nice, however, the glass shower door leaks. You step out onto a puddle of water after every shower. There is a safe in the room that was very easy to use. The TV was antiquated. The lack of a proper detailed channel/program guide had you aimlessly clicking the remote hoping to find something to watch. The whole TV menus felt like a trip back to hotels in the 1990's."

"I did not use their airport shuttle bus but I saw they have these buses so should be convenient for travelers to take that to hotel. Has a lot of great restaurants and supermarkets close by also so very convenient."

"I ordered an accessible room for handicapped people and paid more than a regular room. We arrived at 3:05 pm. Check in time is. 3 pm. Clerk at front desk saw that the room had not be cleaned as they allowed previous guests to stay until 2 pm. They tried to give me a non handicapped room and I explained that I could fall as I have knee issues and need grab bars. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Staff refused to get a manager and said no manager on the weekends! Room was across from a Costco and noise can be heard as delivery trucks come early. Hotel is not near restaurants and you need a car. Staff not friendly and the evening clerk giggling as he did not care about the fact it was not ready. Don’t stay here! "

"The facilities were excellent. Stove, full fridge with freezer. However, the pillows were as hard as a rock and there was no cell service in the room. I have a 99 year old mother in an assisted living home that needs to contact me frequently. If they had tried during my stay, they wouldn't have been able to get me."

"I paid an additional fee for guaranteed early check-in at 1:00 PM. When I arrived at approximately 2:15 PM, I was told my room was still not ready and was asked to wait while housekeeping finished cleaning it. I explained that if a room was not available at the guaranteed early check-in time I had paid for, I would like a refund of the early check-in fee. The front desk employee refused the refund and instead offered another room of the same type, which I accepted because I was checking in before a cruise and needed to settle in. Unfortunately, the replacement room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I called the front desk to confirm it was non-smoking, and the employee acknowledged that it was. Their solution was to send a male employee to the room with air freshener to spray it. For my own comfort level, I was not comfortable allowing an unknown man into my room while I was alone, so I declined. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was an inappropriate comment made during check-in. After asking if I was checking in alone and I answered yes, the front desk employee stated, “Well, if you need to, we can let you bring a guest to your room if needed.” The comment felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and inappropriate during a standard hotel check-in interaction. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. If guests are paying extra for guaranteed early check-in, the hotel should either honor that comm"

"We were only there for an overnighter... The restaurant, Chop was very over rated/price. A less than mediocre steak at what was trying to be a high end Steak House. But the service was too friendly for us to complain."
