Always pleasant, proactive, and mindful of providing outstanding customer service. Of course, I would be remiss if I did not recognize the outstanding service provided by Nina's colleagues Rosa, Zach,and all members of the support, housekeeping, and kitchen staff. Highly recommend this hotel if you are within 30 miles of this BW location."

"Cons: Room walls- not sound proof. You can hear people talking from the other rooms. Prons: Good housekeeping. Microwave, coffee maker/coffee and mini fridge provided. Complimentary hot and cold breakfast daily. Close to Interstate access Comfortable bed and quiet nights. "
