"This hotel is in a great location. THAT IS IT! … I switched rooms 3 times! First room had writing on the wall in the bathroom and a toilet that screamed when you flushed it. Second room had ants crawling out the heater. Maintenance came to fix it with a can of Raid and sticking paper towels in the vents of the heater. The third room I saw had a bad old mildew smell. Housekeeping advised because the hotel is old it has that smell they can’t get rid of in some rooms. Eventually, my child, and handicapped mother settled on the fourth room after a long day at Sea World, only to find dirty, mildew and mold in the bathroom the next morning. Luckily, we were leaving that day. I left mentally and physically exhausted from all the moving and the condition on the hotel. Definitely my first and last time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott, if this is how their hotels are kept and ran."
