"Our first room was not so good. It was very clean but someone had smoked weed in the room. Not that we’re anti weed, but it instantly gave us both headaches. The staff were very apologetic & changed our rooms immediately. Our new room was very comfortable and VERY spacious. The view was great. We would definitely stay again. "

"We were satisfied with our stay. Finding our room was a little confusing due to the way they are numbered. I took off one star because our room had the smell of disinfectant, which does indicate the room was cleaned, but use of a less pungent cleaning solution would be a better choice. Hotel is within easy walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with many choices & lots of seating. For the money, you won’t find a better deal in Jackson. "

"We got a cabin, very nice with all the kitchen stuff so we could cook and eat in privacy with out dogs. We had everything you coule think of and we walked the dogs up and down the streets. It was wonderful looking at the beautiful mountains"

"Our stay at the Jackson Lake Lodge was very enjoyable. We stayed in the cottages. It was late May and it snowed lightly. The staff was nice & very helpful. Our cottage was comfortable but had a few issues. The heat would not come on initially, we had some ants and the door deadbolt was difficult to turn to lock. The maintenance crew was able to repair the heat issue. The ants & deadbolt issues did not get resolved but they did attempt to do so. The cold weather had a lot to do with it. The main...
