"Lovely 2BR. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Cleaning staff very friendly. Very convenient location for summer and I’m sure even better for skiing. Pricey but worth it."

"Excelente hotel, muy bonitas instalaciones. Muy bonitas vibras de Jackson Hole! Super recomendado"

"Very beautiful property. Gorgeous grounds and the rooms are cozy. Smaller “suites” than most hotels and definitely lots to work on to give guests a five star resort experience. Our stay felt extremely understaffed. Lots of miscommunication. And we were often looking around for staff that were nowhere to be found. "Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Spa and hot tub were awesome, great views."

"Check in was quick and efficient. The staff was nice and responsive. We had an issue with our TV and the person at the front desk was incredibly responsive and fixed the problem for us in no time."

"Very nice clean spacious room. Very convenient location."

"We loved our stay. No complaints other than the room being a bit small (not much room for luggage) but we made it work."

"very nice place. the breakfast was not good and it was cold"

"Staff is very friendly and the rooms were very accommodating for our stay."

"I have stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed it. This time we were put in a noisy end room with lots of traffic noise right outside our window. Staff seemed to need training and rooms, especially the carpet felt dirty."

"What a great hotel. Right in the heart of Jackson and so much history."

"Clean and very comfortable. Quiet and safe property, friendly staff, wonderful indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast (it’s an up charge of $5 but well worth it). Great jumping off point for Grand Teton and the Elk Refuge, and very convenient to shopping, dining and downtown. We continue to stay here because it’s exceptional."

"Views are amazing"
