"The hotel was lovely (we had two Garden rooms one interior 5th floor loft room). What made it even better was the staff. For young men to be so attentive to the guests needs was refreshing and gave hope to the next generation of workers. Matthias was especially great — he recommended which hospital nearby to take my elderly mom when we arrived in town with a medical issue and followed up the next day inquiring about her condition. "I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated.
