"Josh was very understanding as i had someone who couldnt use stairs for long but was helped. "Great hotel in Lichfield. We did parkrun last Saturday and the breakfast staff were very helpful and made a bacon sandwich as we would miss breakfast times. Room 74 thank you. All staff friendly and polite. Comfortable room. "

"Good stay considering the price. Room was clean on arrival, spare pillows were available for the bed and there were enough towels. The shower was great! Staff were really friendly. The hotel did appear a little tired in places, doors a bit bashed and walls needing a kick of paint. We had a light meal and drink in the pub attached to the hotel. "Great hotel Love staying here, lovely walk down the river with a nearby championship golf course. (Small 9 course is not great) Food is always good and the service is very friendly. Rooms are clean and warm with tea, coffee and chocolates. I left my company credit card in my room and the manager called me the next day to post it back "
