"Arrived at the hotel to find we couldn't get in. No instructions emailed to us. Went online and found previous reviews and comments that said to go to no.92 to get code to unlock door. No-one knew anything at no.92 and a guy who worked in the shop next door said that there had been problems recently. Tried calling hotels.com and the owner direct. No response. Emailed them. "A great hotel in a perfect location. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel is located in Scheveningen overlooking the beach and the North Sea. The tram and bus to take you into the city center are conveniently located right on the corner ,1 block away. The Scheveningen promenade is right at the hotel doorstep. Lots of great restaurants are within walking distance. "
