"The metro station is outside the hotel, which is very convenient if you are taking public transport and have heavy luggage. You can access the hotel as soon as you step out of the escalator. The hotel is clean, and the staff were ok. The pool was closed on the morning of 31st May 2024 around 0932, but there was no notice in the pool area. "Hotel in quiet location convenient for Leiden and coast. We had the smallest room ‘Amsterdam’ billed as a single with 2 beds. There was no storage space, only one small cupboard. The beds were inset into wall and one was accessible only by a ladder, and on a balcony with little in the way of a safe handrail.
