Styling of hotel was very good and location great especially if you are taking a cruise. Room was clean but shampoo and gel were empty and they could clean the towel bar and tissue holder. Other than that the staff was friendly and they did accommodate an early check-in for us.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Our room, the BLUE Suite, was beautiful, comfortable, very spacious, and well decorated. The breakfast was also very good, plenty options to choose from, with great room service. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Special recognition to Federica, who provided outstanding service and made us feel genuinely welcome. We also want to thank Pedro, Dimitri, Valerie, and Daysi, as well as the rest of the front desk team, for their kindness and excellent attention. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such an enjoyable experience!

The staff is excellent at the front desk and at breakfast!! Great place to stay if you are cruising from Rotterdam, cruise terminal right across the street. The Food Hallen is next door with excellent food. Breakfast buffet at hotel was very good. The only negative was street racing motorcycles very loud noise from2am to 4am. The front desk said this was happening the last few weeks and the police are making some arrests and ticketing some folks. If it doesn’t stop going to very bad for hotel business around whole area.

Good hotel in a good location. The decor is cool and different and the whole place had a nice vine. We had a suite which was huge - a great space with a big decked balcony. Only two wine glasses though and no sink so the facilities were a little limited, The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The gym was pretty basic but ok. There was a sauna too but I didn't get time to use it.

This hotel is very convenient if you are going on a cruise out of Rotterdam. The train and metro took us efficiently from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam and then to Rotterdam and the hotel. The metro is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel and the hotel is across the street from the cruise port. Check in was very slow and inefficient. The rooms had a modern feel. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices. Many of the rooms looked out onto an inner space for light. The hotel is not centrally located but is was an easy walk to see the old New York Hotel and the old Rotterdam ship. It was also an easy walk across the Erasmus Bridge to the worthwhile Spido Harbor Cruise which highlighted the inner workings of the huge harbor.

Great art deco hotel. Plenty to see. It was great being able to stay there and then walking right across the street to the Rotterdam terminal to board our Holland America cruise. There was so many food options to choose from connected right to the hotel that it made things so much easier for this US customer!

The hotel was fantastic. It’s only three metro stops from Ahoy and conveniently located near many attractions and amenities. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around Rotterdam. The room service was excellent, with the option to order food directly from Foodhallen. There is also a 24/7 self-checkout shop on the ground floor, which was very convenient. The views from the room and balcony were amazing, especially with the beautiful weather during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, particularly if TwitchCon returns to Rotterdam in the future.

We had a great stay here, comfortable room - shout out to Chantelle who helped us when we had a room issue at the start of our trip. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. The sauna and gym were small but clean and had everything you could need. Hotel is in an excellent location, near trains, tram, sites and restaurants.
