"My wife and I stayed at the Residence Inn (Suite) for four nights in May 2025. We really liked the hotel and would pick this place again if we return to Sarajevo. The suite was quite spacious, very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The hotel is perfectly located; a short walk to the old town, but far enough away to be quiet. We are half way through a six-week trip around the Balkans, and I had the best sleep of the trip here. All the hotel personnel were lovely. I was also very happy with the underground parking and the breakfast was wonderful. Great hotel!"

We were greeted by Hasan, a lovely man who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, he recommended restaurants, shopping spots, places to see. The breakfast experience the hotel provides was amazing, we were overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality that every employee displayed. It was as if my own family owned the place. It is without a doubt the only place I will ever stay when visiting Sarajevo."
