A private washroom and very large bedroom space. Good weather permitting, you have access to a charming outdoor sitting area. Having a vehicle for this location is a plus. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again.
