Ski Hotels in Puy-de-Dome from SAR35

"Stayed in 6/8 sleeping chalet. Has 3 bedrooms 2 with 2 singles, 1 small room with bunk bed. Lounge area very small. Would not recommend for more than 6. Well equipped it tiny kitchen area part of lounge. No oven. But dishwasher, fridge with small freezer. Microwave with grill. Lots of pots, pans, cutlery, peeler, bottle opener, etc. Checking in strange as reception does not open until 3pm weekends 5pm weekdays. Do not get there before as you will not get your room key! "The Gran Carlina is well situated in town and had free parking which was a bonus. The exterior of the hotel is in a very bad condition and needs major renovation. We were seriously concerned what the inside would be like! The interior was better but dated and a little tired, the same with the bedroom but it was clean. "Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"Séjour agréable,c’est une chambre pour saisonniers et non une chambre d’hôtel mais tout le confort est là. Très calme et belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes enneigées. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec notre voiture en la retrouvant avec le pare-brise cassé dû à un paysagiste employé par la commune en débroussaillant les parkings. "We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The house is set on a sloped garden with beautiful views to all sides off tree lined pastures. A couple of friendly cows add to the picture and do not disturb the tranquility of the place. The house is immense with four closed bedrooms and a multitude of other sleeping areas, three sitting rooms, two kitchens, two laundry rooms and three bathrooms.
