"It's a little difficult to find, in a non-residential area. We arrived too late, no one around to check us in. We slept in our car."

"I booked the hotel for 2 nights but due to circumstances outside my control I could only stay 1 night. It was past the cancellation date but I e-mailed the hotel explained the situation. They were very understanding. When I eventually reached the hotel the room was large and clean. ! asked about an evening meal and the owner cooked something just for me. When I discussed my journey they said next time to call the hotel and they would organise transport. They offered to take me to work but...

"Beautiful property. Lovely staff, particularly Alfredo in the bar. Sadly, the food was not to our taste. We ate in the dining room twice, our first meal was poor - seafood pasta gooey and overly fishy. Seabream so salty almost inedible. Our second meal was much better, spectacular lamb and pulled pork. Regardless, we enjoyed our experience but would suggest servers do a quality check on the meals. "

"We were given two new rooms which were clean and tidy. I especially appreciated the prompt response from the hotel as we checked in at 1am and the hotel staffs emailed us replying they were still there. I just don’t like that they need to keep our passport during check in and think this is completely not necessary. "

"Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. I have been here before and I love this place, but this time things were not as usual."
