"The property is very nice, check in was very quick, elevator only goes to 2nd floor (too bad for guests on 3rd floor), on site restaurant was closed on Sat night (so had to go out for dinner), breakfast was excellent, staff was very nice and spoke very good English. "

"The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections. Front desk and your man (possibly Asian) went above and beyond. Highly recommend…!"

"We went here due to not being able to get a hotel in Fussen at short notice. It was fine, just a 15 minute drive into Fussen. Not a lot of dining options near hotel. A car is a must if staying here."

"The facility is nice and convenient but the staff leaves you cold. We arrived before 3 PM and was treated with disdain and a “how dare you arrive early attitude”. Anyway came back at 3 to be checked in by someone who seemed to be doing it for the first time. At this time we learned that free local transport was provided with room, which could have been helpful earlier. On checkout was told we hadn’t paid, so had to go into bag to find our receipt."

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. Our room (#144) on top floor was fantastic! Huge with two bedrooms and one living room, 1 1/2 bath, 3 TV’s and a small but nice, cozy balcony with a couple chairs and small table to enjoy great views of surrounding mountains. Parking is typical Europe: very tight spaces. Plenty of EV chargers. Don’t miss garage entrance: if you pass it, very long, narrow alleys leading to dead end and NO possibility for U-turn. I had to back up 100 meters in extremely narrow allelay with weed triggering proximity sensors of vehicle causing automatic slamming of brakes constantly. Painful!! Great location in the middle of the action area in Füssen. Not cheap, but worth it."
