"Absolutely wonderful place to stop on the way to Koyasan. I will admit when I showed up at the inn I was later than expected, had walked many miles, and was in quite a bad mood. The welcome I received changed all of that. They took me straight to my room and gave me tea and treated me like I was part of their family. I had the best meal of my time in Japan at this inn. "Great location to Dotonbori. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient baggage storage area. Did not like how small the room was. Bathroom was tiny with no where to put your toiletries. Room itself (a triple) was tight. It looks larger in the pictures. Overall, nice hotel but would prefer a bigger room. "

"My first time in a capsule hotel, but it was a great experience. Clean and quiet capsule, the communal areas a bit dated but do the job. The spa is great with extensive pools, saunas and steam room. The location was great right in a busy area of Osaka with lots going on. Highly recommend trying out this capsule hotel - it’s an experience! "

"Reasonably sized bath with water jets and extras, i.e massage chair, game console rental. Given the nature of the premises, staff aren’t always presently seen. But they are unread pleasant and helpful, especially when speaking slower in Japanese for foreign tourists and offering helpful tips, like locations of stations and nearby convenient stores. Big value for a decent night stay."

"Not your typical hotel, but rather a “Japanese love hotel.” Actual room was not as depicted in listing. Room was okay but not as luxurious as shown. Breakfast was lousy. Close to major train statione and restaurants. Probably would not stay here again."
