"We paid for a Niagara Falls view for a double queens room. The beds were very comfortable. The view was excellent with unobstructed view of all 3 falls. And watched the fireworks from our room evry night at 10pm. The staffs were very friendly and professional."

"The staff at this property really are above and beyond. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. From check-in until baggage storage, every staff member provided 5+ star service. Our breakfast at the Reign was very good, as was the coffee. The bed was quite comfortable, and the friends in another room had an outstanding view of the CN Tower. Loved the convenience of being so close to the Harbor, the Distillery District, and Union Station. "
