"Nice stay"

"Nice ryokan hotel located at the hillside with great view. A simply cosy dinner was served in room and the breakfast buffet was great in main dining area. The condition is run down but most part of the premise is well maintained. Some parts e.g. kids playroom and the indoor onsen are not clean. "

"Very close to the train station, bus stops. Shops and restaurant's close by. Very helpful front desk staff."

"Excellent property with fantastic sea views. Very co-ordial staff and helpful. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the resort. The maisonnette where we stayed at, had breathtaking views of the Beppu bay especially during sunrise. It also had private onsens which were very well maintained giving us a great way to experience onsens! Having said that, I do think that having cold milk vending machines would definitely add to the onsens experience. "

"가족탕이 예약이 쉬웠으면 더 좋겠습니다. 그외 남탕 여탕은 매일 저녁 8시마다 바뀌어 다양하게 이용하기 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 아침식사도 맛있었습니다 ^^"
