"The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the property. The pool and beach area we lovely and we never had to worry about finding lounge chairs. There are many stairs on the property so it isn't ideal for those with mobility issues, although they do have a shuttle from reception to the beach. There are spots of the resort that is showing its age a bit but overall it was well maintained, clean and all the staff were exceptional."

"Bad service on my checkin, very bad organization. No towels on the bathroom, no hot water on the shower, i called reception 4 times for get tv and A/C control remote. The breakfast was included but take the people to another place because no restaurant,i n the hotel i was waiting almost 45 minutes for have breakfast. "
