"Nice hotel with a couple of quirks. They have no kleenex and no bath mat. The bed was really comfortable, the best in a long time. No fridge in the room. Shower was large and nice. Fundidora Park is across the street. "

"El lugar está muy lindo, dentro de un club de golf, te sirve si te quieres desconectar un poco de la ciudad, sin tener que alejarte tanto, el personal te atiende muy amablemente. La limpieza de las habitaciones es regular, el techo tenía muchas telarañas, las sábanas estaban tierrosas y las de una cama no se veían tan limpias, estuvimos en una cabaña y tienen un cuartito con una cama individual, ahí no hay aire, entonces nos vimos en la necesidad de sacar el colchón y ponerlo en la habitación...

"Cleanliness is the main issue at this property. White Towels are grey, some towels look like they were used to clean the floor. Beds smell pretty bad, including bedsheets. The bathroom's curtain is full of mold, it seems they are never washed. Second complain is the elevator, there are two elevators, one is really old, and is barely used due staff recomendation. The main elevator is used by the cleaning ladies making this elevator almost impossible to use specially during the morning (cleaning...
