Great hotel and service
The hotel is not new but it's very comfortable and clean; the rooms are spacious, the personnel it's friendly and kind. I like this hotel a lot. The only thing that has some opportunities is the parking lot, the spaces are small.

The issue I have is that the Hilton is not crediting my stay with points as they say I needed to be the person registered on the room? What's up with that?

Not very good
We stayed at room 101. I dont even know how to start. The bed was awful the pillows too. Every morning the lady knocked on door at 8 to clean the room. The restrooms was so weird the water didnt work at times and one day I got my clothes wet because the pressure was going crazy. The tv volume went crazy. So for what I paid definitely not what I expected from a Hilton franchise. In conclusion this hotel is very old. Oh and bed bugs were also a problem.
