"Outstanding stay. Wonderful bedroom suite. Restaurant was very cosy and delicious food. Special mention to Dave ( concierge staff member) excellent service and assisted us to swap rooms due to minor issue with original room. Very friendly.Made our stay! Would stay again "

"Checking in was easy and the staff at the reception was welcoming and friendly. I was only surprised we had to pay a refundable deposit of £50, I’m not sure I saw that during booking. The room was in excellent condition and our son had his own little corner which he really loved. Breakfast was ok and we ordered an omelette which was very tasty. I’d rate our stay 8 out 10. "
