"The hotel is very clean and has everything you need for a weekend stay. It's very close to Delapre park where the festival was. The only unfortunate thing was the restaurant wasn't open for evening meals but there is a lovely bar restaurant about 2 minutes away. The hotel is bang in the middle of the university campus so feels very secure. The car park is secure, you have to buzz in. As in some reviews the hotel is very warm but it is manageable."

"Lovely hotel in gorgeous gardens. Visited the restaurant and we weren’t disappointed, the choice of menu was exceptional as was the quality of food at a reasonable price. Loved the little milk urns that you filled up freshly for your in room hot drinks. Having a fridge in the room is always a bonus to keep water cold. Loved the White Company toiletries, a real luxury. Will definitely be back "
