"We had a booking, but were told the property had an incident and that we’d been moved to a different one. Just as we were about to check in, they said the room couldn’t accommodate 4 guests and they couldn’t provide an extra cot. They advised us to cancel the booking. After traveling for almost 3 hours, we ended up having to book a room at a Holiday Inn instead."

"The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was very tired; it needed a complete refit. The mattress had lost most of its support. The breakfast was excellent."

"This property is located on a very busy street and brings concerns about the noise. The neighborhood was also concerning based on our walk to the property from the train station. The property was not very clean. There were shoe marks on the walls, spots on the bed sheets and an old beverage bottle of yellow liquid in the bathroom drawer. Not sure what it was. We ultimately were not comfortable staying here and went to a hotel."
