"Great location with many food options nearby, make up for no breakfast! Coffee is plentiful in morning and has nice micro/refrigerator area..rooms are large enough and superior bathrooms are great! Would come back!"

"The people who work here are welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable and fun. And kind. The hotel is clean. It’s pet-friendly, which is great for me and my cat, Josie. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The fitness center is clean and well-equipped. The hotel is next to Herald Square, so there’s good stuff to see and eat close by, and there’s a subway to get to other good stuff to see and eat in other parts of the city, if you don’t feel like walking. I always keep my eyes and ears open when I’m in New York, but this feels like a safe neighborhood. There is a little noise from the street, but my room was pretty quiet, and I slept without interruption. "

"Need more staff on reception during busy times as there was always big queues blocking exits and entrances. The rooms were very nice with cleaning staff very polite and helpful."
