"Was frustrated with how easily the neighbors beside us could be heard clear as day , we were unable to work on business related tasks and they kept us up most of the night so we couldn't sleep much either , no attempt was made to make that issue right by hotel which made an otherwise good experience bad . Manager did not provide any compensation for lack of sleep or ability to work . I understand its a hotel but its not a "Motel" which is why we choose it ."
