"Excellent hotel, brilliant experience."

"Lovely room, excellent views, well positioned, helpful staff, great variety at breakfast."

"This resort is in an excellent location for tourists. Half way between the airport and the major city of Funchal. The views are stunning. The staff friendly and very pleasant. The food choices were vast and delicious. We signed up for the all inclusive and it was well worth it. Lots of great excursions, hikes, adventures, dining and shopping."

"Lovely hotel, great facilities and best location, easy access to both Funchal town and the Lido area. Spotlessly clean and pool area beautiful. Staff super helpful, basic room and balcony very good. Would definitely stay again."

"The food was very interesting. Some overcooked. There were ants in the dessert. We often resorted to the restaurants along the pier. They also forgot to put my birthday amenity until after we arrived but all in all the hotel was beautiful and had a very scenic view to gaze upon the mountains, oceans and sunsets. "En retrait du centre ville de Funchal mais dans une zone commerciale et à proximité immédiate de l'océan. L'établissement dispose de tous les équipements pour passer un bon séjour. La formule en all inclusive est digne d'un vrai 5 étoiles. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel et cela mérite d'être signalé."

"hotel is very clean and well maintained. The gardens are lovely with plant markers, and we even saw bunnies at night. The boutique has reasonably priced beach clothing. Rooms are comfortable, with eco‑friendly AC that shuts off when you leave. The beach is beautiful, and refillable water stations are convenient if you bring a bottle. The resort has a warm, family‑oriented atmosphere. À la carte restaurants were full when we arrived and unable to book a restaurant. The main negative issue is...

"Lovely base with plenty of nice restaurants close by!"

"The rooms were large and the balcony had a nice sea view. The amenities are tired and can be refreshed or renovated. The staff were excellent and very helpful."

"Hôtel merveilleusement bien placé et très agréable. Service et nourriture de qualité. La chambre vue mer est très agréable. Hôtel hautement recommandé."
