"The people at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing I noticed was a smell in the room that smelled like dirty carpet but it didn't affect our comfort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was awesome down to the employees that work valet. Had plane trouble coming in I called and talked to the staff and they assured me that my room would stay available, what a good feeling when your plane does not land until the next day. Thank you to all hope to see you again."

"The staff was rude or not interested i think. And the room service was bad. We didn’t have towels 2 days. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom. I reached there around 2:15pm, they said rudely said they can only provide room at 3PM. Plus no wait in lobby, i had to sit in my car for 45 mins. For everything they were making excuses that its a mardi gras week, but i could see many rooms empty."
