"The service and staff are truly subpar. The rooms are a bit run down, I suppose from the barrage of casnio goers but at these prices and based on website research, I expected a higher standard and resort feel. The cleanliness theoughout was also an issue. The sheets are torn and were dirty and stained. Went through several towels too before I found one without large stains. The state of the rooms and surfaces not clean also gave me the ick feeling. I am familiar with the Landry's brand...

"Everything was great! Only one bit of info. You want to check which side the room is on. We were on the side with Interstate210 (back side) right outside, so even though we were on 5th floor, sounded like Indianapolis 500 going by. If you are used to traffic noise it’s fine, but if you need quiet especially at night make sure to get a room on the front side. Room was great, food was great, staff was great!"
