"Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed."

"This is a beautiful and spacious home in a very quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a college graduation, and we were able to comfortably visit with family in the spacious living room each evening. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the owner had so many little thoughtful extras (coffee syrup! body wash!). "Our group enjoyed our stay at this property. The description and pictures of the house were accurate. Our group of eight particularly liked the front sitting room where we could all sit and visit. The house is located in an historical area of Arabi and we felt safe staying there. Be aware that another apartment could be rented above your space during your stay which was the case during our stay. Voices, sounds (music) and footsteps are easily picked up on the main floor."
