"The location is near U.S. Embassy. The area is very safe, quiet and close to the Borghese Museum. Bus and metro are nearby. The hotel doormen are very polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and shining. The room is very spacious. I was amazed to see how luxurious the bathroom is with beautiful marble floor and countertops, heated tower racks. etc. Looks like luxury is just daily routine to Roman and the love of stone is in their genes. LOL. There are two room service per day. The evening...

"Great hotel at a great location, conveniently located in front of a subway station and right next to a "Hop On Hop Off" bus stop if you are touring the city. One minor detail is that if you get a room with a terrace, you can hear guests from other rooms when they are in the terrace area. This was not a problem for me because the other guests were great and kept the noise to a minimum, but it could be a problem if you are looking for a super quiet room."

"The staff was fantastic amd very nice and helpful. I loved the location and the size of the room. My only complaint is rhat the carpet of iur room was really old and had stains. Foe a five star hotel i was surprised that Westin with such a big name in the hotel industry would allow the carpet to be so dated. I hope they fix this ASAP or trhy will definitely lose customers. Otherwise the staff and also the breakfast was really nice. "
