"When we arrived the booking system had broken and there was a queue of 20 people waiting to check in. Staff were patient but tempers were fraying. We left it two hours and things were better but it still took 20 mins to check in on an antiquated system. Staff were kind. The all inclusive package is good value and does include the Blackpool transport in this package which works out brilliant as we used the tram on all 6 days that we stayed.
