"The reception and accommodations were very welcoming and very good at this property. I arrived at this property as a result of a failed booking accommodation at a different hotel, so the initial reception received at the Residence Inn was OUTSTANDING, it definitely made a difference! Everything else as very good from there on as well. From the layout of the room, to the shower pressure, as well as the cleanliness and daily housekeeping of the room was very good. The included breakfast was good as well as the dining room staff were respectfully accomimodating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I am happy this business came up in my search. "

The wonderful ladies who cleaned our room daily, even through we said they didnt need to. Coming back to a clean and friendly hotel was just what we needed after a day exploring Istanbul."

"The check in hospitality was outstanding. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we came to the property. We were early for our room but they happily put our bags safely in storage until we returned. The room was clean, stylish and refreshing. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the patio garden (open to all guests) was delightful, being offered chai and coffee often. Recommending this hotel highly to anyone that makes their way to Adalar! "
