"If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. We stayed here during Christmas. Karlovy Vary is full of hotel options, many of which are expensive and corporate. This place is family owned and has a local feel. From the moment we entered, the staff cared enough to ask if we had dinner reservations for Christmas dinner and when we didn’t, assisted us on his own in calling around to find an option for us and making us a reservation.
