Golf Hotels in Karlovy Vary Region from SAR106

"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"Rooms spacious and lovely blend of old and new. Pool was closed (one of the main criteria for selecting the hotel) and irritating €15 pd charge for parking - also not clear in booking. Breakfast just about ok. Karlovy Vary a very beautiful place. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. "Wonderful old hotel with modern spa, pool, and sauna facilities. Our Superior Room was a good size with a view over the courtyard and down the Main Street of Karlovy Vary. Staff were very helpful - English was well understood, as was Czech, Russian and Polish - and the buffet breakfast was plentiful with ample choice. Valet parking was easy. But mainly, the hotel is stately and the lobbies, corridors, restaurants and bars are bars are beautifully decorated and well maintained. "
