"Amazing place in center of it all. The area around the hotel is loaded with shops and amazing restaurants along the river. The pool and spa were fantastic. Great service and accommodating people. "

"Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. The breakfast food was delicious and I had a wonderful massage."

The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."
