"Location of the property in combination with the price is why this choice is a must. You are walking distance from the center. Rooms are clean and ok - due to the building a bit old if someone is walking around the floor above you , it is heard. Also during the summer, the rooms are getting quite hot, especially if you are in a higher floor. Would love to see different type of soap for shower.
