I don't think this resort has enough employees , the ones that were working seemed overworked, this resort is quite a drive out of town so maybe its hard to get employees , maybe the pay isn't good I'm not sure but there seemed to be bare bones on staff. "Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about...

"Playa Los Arcos is an older but affordable property in an unbeatable location. The property and rooms are showing their age but it is clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. Great location with many restaurants and a short walk to the Malecon. Property also appears to be family friendly. Would recommend if you are looking for a budget conscious vacation in a great location. "
